Building the missing middle

We transformed a semi-detached two-and-a-half-story Edwardian home into a fourplex walk-up apartment with two family-sized units and two bachelor units. The architecture honors the existing neighborhood streetscape while introducing a modified walk-up apartment typology, blending seamlessly into the community of brick century houses.
